Methodology
Prospective and generative research was conducted with primary and secondary sources to explore the evolution and future scenarios of housing and habitat in Colombia. The methodology included trend analysis, ethnography, case studies, and consultations with experts and key stakeholders from academic, financial and real estate sectors.
Key learning
Habitat in Colombia reflects lifestyles and needs beyond the economic. Housing challenges are influenced by political, cultural and territorial factors, and require creative and inclusive solutions that consider geographic and population diversity.
Results
The project allowed Bancolombia to develop innovative housing solutions aligned with local challenges, strengthening its competitiveness and humanizing the perspective of internal teams towards residents.
