How can we support and ensure the adoption of new tools, protocols, practices, and habits among various employees for managing digital identities, permissions, and their overall use in the organization, as part of the company’s digital transformation framework?

Proposed Methodology
We characterized stakeholders, analyzed tools, and designed a strategy focused on communication, mobilization, and training, aligned with a central concept defined through research.

Cybersecurity requires an ecosystemic approach that emphasizes shared responsibility and encourages joint practices to strengthen the organization and facilitate digital transformation.
Impact/Results
Digital literacy improved, leading to greater adoption of tools and user empowerment, which strengthened protection against cybersecurity risks within Ecopetrol.
